A counter izakaya(small plate bar restaurant) on the 2nd floor of the [Tori Kizoku] in Kiyamachi, Kyoto. A conscientious price setting that allows women to drink safely and easily. They have seasonal Obanzai (Kyoto style family dishes) and various kinds of sake.The owner chef and his wife are doing here,and they lived in LA for 10 years before,so speaks English very well.I love this place very much!
