1. Please fill out and send the booking form.
2. After the date of the class is fixed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a bill.
3. Please use PayPal to make the payment. Details will be advised in our confirmation email.
4. After your payment is accepted, the booking is completed. Please understand availability cannot be guaranteed until the payment has been completed.

If you do not complete payment by the deadline, your reservation will be cancelled. The deadline will be advised in our confirmation email.
Client precedence is set by the time of completed payment, not by time of reservation request.
If you wish to pay in cash, we will make a refund to your card via the PayPal system after your class is completed.
In case of cancellation, cancellation fees will be charged as below;
30%........... 4 - 7 days prior to the class
50%........... 2 - 3 days prior to the class
80%........... the day prior to the class
100%......... the class day
We offer hands-on experience classes and walking tours.
You must be careful and responsible for your own safety. We will not be held liable for accidents.
